Products that DO NOT qualify for exchange
- Used shapewear.
- Items that are stained, washed, or with odor.
- Items without their original tags.

How to Request an Exchange
- Send a message including your order number and product photos.
- Wait for approval from the Vianny team.
- Once approved, the customer ships the product to our address.
Shipping costs for exchanges may be covered by the customer, unless the item has a factory defect or was shipped incorrectly.
